Suggest a data correction
Include the page URL, pet or monster name, game region, patch version and the value you believe is incorrect. A screenshot of the relevant game screen or a link to supporting evidence helps distinguish a changed requirement from a localization difference. Describe what you observed; avoid presenting a small number of drops as a confirmed drop rate.
Report a website issue
Tell us which page or tool you used, the steps that led to the problem, and your browser and device. If the collection checklist is involved, export a backup before clearing browser storage. The checklist is local to your browser, and the site operator cannot restore a copy from a server.
Privacy and copyright enquiries
For a privacy request, describe the interaction and information concerned. For a copyright concern, identify the work, the affected page or asset URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to reply. Please do not send passwords, game credentials, payment details or identity documents.
How email is handled
The support address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google process the message for delivery and storage. Information you choose to send is used to address your enquiry. Read the privacy policy for the website’s separate collection, analytics and storage practices.
